YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT INDIEZ MAY PERIODICALLY CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR REMOVE OR OTHERWISE UPDATE THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ITS DISCRETION, WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION. The terms “We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Indiez” means and includes Futureofwork INC, our affiliates and permitted assigns.


We may collect your information, including but not limited to professional information, based on/ in relation to your association with us/ our community members, the work/product/service availed by you and such other information ancillary thereto, from time to time. Such information may be directly provided by you or be collected when you visit our site/ avail our services. Generally, we will only process your information/data as described in this Privacy Policy. However, we reserve the right, to conduct additional processing to the extent permitted or required by law, or in support of any legal or criminal investigation.

We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries, respond to one of our surveys, register for access to the Services or use certain Services. We may collect your name, contact information such as address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, credit card information, educational background, resume, employment preferences, portfolio link, date of birth, and information about your interests in and use of various products, programs, services and financial information such as bank account numbers. Indiez may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers. We may collect and store transactional information based on your activities on the sites (such as bidding, buying, selling, item and content you generate or that relates to your account), billing and other information you provide to purchase an item.

We may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process. We may however collect and store, details of how you used our service, such as your search queries, telephone log information, such as your phone number, calling-party number, forwarding numbers, time and date of calls, duration of calls, SMSs routing information and types of calls, Internet protocol address, device event information, such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.

We use Non-Personal Information to examine our traffic and to view how our customers use the Website. This type of information will not allow you to be personally identified. For example, we use “cookies”, which contains only certain statistical information. You can instruct your computer to inform you whenever a cookie is being sent, or you can disallow cookies through your web browser. You may also delete/erase such cookies if permitted earlier. Purpose and use of information:

Our goal of collecting your information is to provide you with the best customer experience possible by communicating with you regarding service updates, offers and promotions; delivering advertising that may be of interest to you; addressing network and security issues; investigating or taking action regarding illegal activities or violations of our Terms of Use or other policies, as may be laid out in our website from time to time. Some of the safeguards we use are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to our data centres, and information access authorisation controls. You can review and correct your Personal Information collected by us. Please note that Indiez, its subsidiaries, affiliates and third parties shall not be responsible for the accuracy and/or authenticity of the Information supplied by you and Indiez hereby disclaims any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the accuracy and/or authenticity of the Information.


We do not sell your Personal Information to anyone for any purpose, and we maintain information about you in our business records while you are a customer, or until it is no longer needed for business, tax, or legal purposes. We have implemented encryption or other appropriate security controls to protect Personal Information when stored or transmitted by Indiez. Subject to applicable legal restrictions, such as those that exist for customer proprietary network information and other information applicable under the applicable law and its applicable Rules, we may share your Personal Information internally to make sure your experience is as seamless as possible. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is information that relates to the quantity, configuration, type, destination, location and amount of use of the telecommunications services you purchase from us, as well as the information contained in your bills for those services. We collect CPNI in the normal course of providing you with telecommunications services. Your telephone number, name and address are not CPNI.
Indiez, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments. When we employ another entity to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function.
If Indiez is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information.
We share your Personal Information only with only such other companies/ our community members that perform services on your request, and only as necessary for them to perform those services. We require our community members/ and third companies, to protect any Personal Information they may receive in a manner consistent with this policy. We may provide Personal Information to other companies or third parties for purposes such as emergencies, pursuant to court orders, identity verification to prevent fraud and identity theft, enforcing of property rights, or obtaining payment for products and services that appear on your billing statements.


This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Indiez other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to Indiez through the Services or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Services, such as forums, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (“Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Indiez shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without any limitation or attribution whatsoever.

We recognize the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests.
